To be honest, I'm the same way. I went for a high-resolution monitor mainly for text and image accuracy, but Windows' poor font rendering and color management forced me to go for a more advanced monitor. I don't play mobile games anymore, so my need for a mobile phone is at a minimum, and I'm still using my old phone from five years ago, with the only complaint being the battery. Mechanical keyboards are not so much about comfort as they are about durability, and the same goes for mice. I haven't purchased any TWS headphones yet, but I have a lot of headphones, only one pair of regular bluetooth headphones for outdoor use, and most of the time I use speakers or a wired headphone.
In contrast, I'm spending more and more money on software.😂

我们首先想到的方案，就是当年苏州某公司采用的，即，注册软件著作权用于投诉。唯一问题在于，当初苏州某公司在行动前，可能并未提前告知对应开发商，或其行为本身可能并未获得许可，所以才引来了非议。但「未告知」的原因不难猜测：软件开发商需要对代理商多大的信任，才能允许后者去注册软件的软件著作权呢?
「数码荔枝」很幸运，多个开发商与我们额外签订了 IPP (知识产权保护) 协议。这份协议中，所有相关开发商均已充分了解并授权「数码荔枝」能以自身作为权利主体，注册对应软件在中国的著作权，并用于且仅用于移除国内的盗版 &「非授权渠道」。

外星人, 机器和猫只要太像人类, 那毫无疑问就一定是借物喻人. 外星人何必主动和人类遭遇还偏偏符合人类想象? 机器又何必非要成为人类? 猫怎么会觉得和人的供养关系和被人寄托的情感是理所当然的?
只不过在人类的作品里, 外星人可以随便去毁灭和被毁灭, 机器可以被随意利用, 唯独猫是不能被随意杀死的.
唯有人本身最难传达意向, 刻画好一个人太难且很容易被人自己误解读, 因为人以为自己很了解人, 但是其他非人就可以消除这点先入为主的观念.

* 第二集《迷你第三类接触》: 人类的欲望再次毁灭人类自己, 低俗喜剧, 往期续集, 很不独立, 一看画面就知道结局.
* 第三集《蜘蛛玫瑰》: 虫群世界观下的外星人的钩心斗角, 实则还是刻画人类, 科幻谍战, 还是往期续集.
* 第四集《400男孩》: 成年人类险胜幻想生物「巨婴」, 还是往期续集, 但这次的政治意味变得很浓厚.
* 第五集《又一庞然大物》: 猫再次统治世界, 这次是借助网络和人工智能, 半成品, 还是往期续集.
* 第六集《骷髅地》: 看起来是动物保护和外星降神, 实际上是宗教乃至意识形态冲突, 章鱼外星人其实刻画的还是人. 低成本反乌托邦特效片, 看到了《降临》的影子, 很适合作为预告片.
* 第七集《暴龙的尖叫》: 太空歌剧之斗兽场, 就像是沙丘或者基地里面会出现的一集一样. 难得一见的华人主角, 政治意味浓厚, 中文原声十分生硬, 引经据典不太恰当甚至符合文化上的刻板印象. 肯定和尚气一样容易让很多人应激.
* 第八集《齐克如何信教》: "RPG 驱魔" 环节, 但总感觉没有上次红军驱魔来得好, 完美假想敌依旧是纳粹. 空难奇迹, 神之机体和驾驶员, 宗教意味过于浓厚, 简直就是某教的宣传片.
* 第九集《智慧型设备 愚蠢型主人》: 工具对人的吐槽, 就像 "如果 Google 是个人" 那样, 很无聊, 因为没人在乎工具.
* 第十集《他能悄悄靠近》: 一个疯狂艺术家对自己猫寄托的终极幻想, 宗教意味浓厚, 但戏谑意味更重. 这里面的猫其实是这个疯子对自己和自己作品的另一面幻想.
保持在常规水准, 没有惊喜也没有意外, 有大量意料之中的片子, 甚至还有完成度极低的片子, 所以大众总体评分会非常不及往季, "独立动画和短片剧集" 需要打上问号. 联系到他们的《秘密关卡》, 应该是商业化很成功了, 导致了很多人认为的 "变质", 以后应该叫做 "商业投资动画和短片合集".
个人喜欢第三集《蜘蛛玫瑰》和第八集《齐克如何信教》.

「荔枝其实这几年一直在用著作权清除所谓的盗版，当然清除盗版可以理解，但是他还在里面加了没授权的售卖，实际上淘宝上面是不允许用售假的名义投诉没授权，但是因为他擅长写小作文，再加上淘宝小二实际上大部分都是多一事不如少一事，投诉也会成功
他今年注册了 Bartender 的著作权，然后开始在淘宝投诉售假，店铺其实写了是 5 设备官网直发，但是他还是用售假的名义在淘宝投诉。其实这几年收到的投诉都是荔枝的，包括上一年唯一的一次 Downie ，所以也没有多想。

更骚的是他晚上就在 X 上得意的宣传投诉同行乱价，然后我就找到了当天购买的人，看到名字像他我还特意发了个李老板，他没回大概也知道是他了；更可笑的是开发商联系给了最低价比荔枝给优惠券后价格还高

当然他不是第一次这么做，投诉同行，贬低同行也算是拿手活了，包括经常阴阳怪气讽刺同行。只是买了之后找开发商投诉，然后明知是正版再用自己的著作权投诉售假这种行为很狗，当然他可能有了上次 Vidjuice 投诉失败的教训，自己主动撤诉了，那个事情就不聊了，反正从上面的也可以知道这个人的调性。

Actually, it’s possible, but hardly anyone would do it. For example, if the price is 100,000,005, you could say it’s 1 BTC and 5 SATS. But forget that—the point of SATS is to be used for smaller amounts. The issue here isn’t about convenience, since we already have both BTC and SATS. This is about renaming something people have been used to for 16 years. And why? To advertise it and attract new users? To me, this proposal is the same as when they wanted to increase the block size. If there are so many people who want this, let them create a fork, and everyone can choose the Bitcoin they prefer. I see how no one has managed to destroy Bitcoin, yet we might destroy it ourselves.

刚刚看一条关于止痛药的医学科普视频, 说到了日本的商品药 EVE (含咖啡因版本的布洛芬), 说它的粉色版本有更高的风险日本已经禁止了, 但国内没有明确禁止, 还能从电商上购买, 国内也有受众. 最后还说 EVE 被部分女性受众看作是痛经 "救命药", 然后有弹幕就开始质疑是不是商单了.

突然想到一个描述「人工艺术品」和「人工智能生成艺术品」之间关系和区别的比较好的比喻是香草, 也就是天然香草提取物和合成香草风味物.
人要去区分 "香草味" 是天然还是合成是十分困难, 单从有效成分上来说, 合成的香草醛(香兰素)是分子级别的复刻, 天然香草醛和合成香草醛根本就是一个东西.
很多人一出生到现在都可能没有吃过真的天然香草制作的食物, 也根本区分不出来, 所谓 "区分" 天然香草和合成香草的味道也是全靠非香草醛的其他化合物的气味, 也正是因为合成香草只有香草醛, 才导致了香味过于单一. 但是只要这个味道被附加在了其他食物上, 冷加工尚且可以保存天然香草的一些其他化合物的气味, 但热加工之后的那基本就散失了大部分了, 更无人能区分了.
如果香料不廉价的话, 更没人享用得起天然香料了, 况且大多数香料还是非必需品, 食品工业也乐意去用合成香精, 但 "艺术工业" 好像还是劳动密集型产业, 就和如今的天然香草生产一样.
