ตอนที่ยังทำงานประจำหนัก ๆ อยู่
ผมเคยคิดว่า... ความเหนื่อยมันเป็นธรรมชาติของคนทำงาน
"ทุกคนก็เหนื่อยเหมือนกันทั้งนั้น"
"ก็ต้องอดทน"
"ก็ต้องไปต่อ"
แต่ไม่รู้ทำไม... ช่วงหลัง ๆ มันมีบางอย่างในตัวเราที่ไม่ยอมไปต่อแบบเดิมอีกแล้ว
ไม่ใช่ว่าเราไม่เก่ง
ไม่ใช่ว่าเราไม่มีความรับผิดชอบ
เราก็แค่.. เริ่มรู้แล้วว่า ความชอบของเรามันอยู่ตรงไหน
อะไรที่ทำให้เรามีไฟ
อะไรที่ดูดพลังเราออกไปจนหมด โดยที่เราไม่รู้ตัว
โชคดีที่ผมไม่ได้ต้องสู้กับมันคนเดียว
หัวหน้า.. เห็น
เขาไม่ได้พยายามเปลี่ยนผม
เขาแค่... ขยับให้ผมอยู่ในจุดที่เราทั้งคู่
สบายใจกว่าเดิม
งานประจำไม่ได้หายไปไหน
แต่มัน “ใช่ขึ้น” แบบที่ไม่ต้องปรับอะไรมาก
ผมว่าหลายครั้งในชีวิต มันไม่ได้ต้องเปลี่ยนใหญ่โตอะไรหรอก
บางทีมันแค่การ “เอาหัวใจไปวางให้ถูกที่”
พอเราทำงานที่ใจมัน “ไม่ต้องฝืน”
พลังที่เคยหมดไป... มันก็ค่อยๆ กลับมา
ไม่ใช่เฉพาะงานประจำ
แต่มันเหมือน “พลังเงียบๆ” ที่ค่อย ๆ ไหลไปถึงเรื่องอื่นๆ
งานเสริมบางอย่างที่เคยพับไว้...
ก็กลับมามีจังหวะให้เราหยิบมันขึ้นมาดูอีกครั้ง
พอใจมันไม่ติดลบ
สมองก็กลับมามีที่ว่างให้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์
มือที่เคยหนัก ก็เบาลง
รอยยิ้มจากเพื่อนร่วมทีมที่ห่างหายไป...
อยู่ๆ ก็กลับมาโดยไม่ต้องเรียก
ที่บ้านก็เหมือนกันครับ
ชีวิตคนมันมีขึ้นมีลง
มีเรื่องให้ต้องเจ็บ ต้องเจอ ต้องจัดการกันเป็นระยะ
แต่พอเราย้ายจากห้องสี่เหลี่ยมในเมือง
มาอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่ลมหายใจมัน “โล่ง” มากขึ้น
เสียงนกร้องตอนเช้า
ลมพัดใบไม้ เสียงชาวบ้านคุยกันเบาๆ
มันไม่ได้แก้ปัญหาให้เราหรอก
แต่มันช่วย “เยียวยา” เราโดยไม่รู้ตัว
ผมไม่รู้ว่าทุกคนจะเรียกสิ่งนี้ว่าอะไร
แต่สำหรับผม มันอาจจะเป็นการเริ่มต้นใหม่แบบไม่ต้องประกาศ
เป็นการ “รีสตาร์ทชีวิต” เงียบ ๆ
ที่เราแค่ขยับตัวนิดเดียว
เปลี่ยนองศาของหัวใจหน่อยเดียว
แล้วทุกอย่าง... ก็ค่อย ๆ เปลี่ยนไปด้วยกันหมดเลย
“บางทีพลังบวก... ไม่ได้มาจากการคิดบวก”
แต่มาจากการ “อยู่กับสิ่งที่ไม่ต้องฝืน”
และให้เวลาชีวิต...ได้ไหลไปในจังหวะของมันเอง
หวังว่าใครที่กำลังรู้สึกหมดไฟ
อาจไม่ได้ต้องเปลี่ยนทั้งชีวิต
แค่เปลี่ยน “มุมวางหัวใจ” ใหม่
ก็อาจจะพอ

Si bien la economía sigue condicionando, el club cree que puede hacer un esfuerzo importante. En ese sentido, en la carpeta del director deportivo Deco, hay un nombre que genera especial entusiasmo. Se trata de un futbolista colombiano que, paradójicamente, hace seis años estuvo muy cerca de ponerse la camiseta de River, pero que terminó tomando otro camino: Luis Díaz.
Según informan desde España, una de las actuales figuras del Liverpool es el apuntado para convertirse en el refuerzo estrella del blaugrana. Su llegada, sin embargo, no será sencilla: tiene contrato hasta 2027. Por eso, estarían evaluando acercar una oferta de nada menos que 80 millones de euros.
A sus 28 años, Díaz es un jugador consolidado en Europa. Su desequilibrio por la banda, aquel que llamó la atención de Marcelo Gallardo en River cuando daba sus primeros pasos en Junior de Colombia, ahora lo convierten en un debilidad del cuerpo técnico Culé.
El contrato que el Barcelona le ofrecería a Luis Díaz y la razón de su interés
Ante esta posibilidad, diario Sport informó que el colombiano ve con buenos ojos la posibilidad de jugar en la Liga Española y el Barcelona estaría dispuesto a ofrecerle un contrato cercano a 3,5 millones de euros por temporada.
El propio Deco dejó entrever en sus últimas declaraciones que el club buscará un mercado con refuerzos puntuales “Sentimos dependencia de Raphinha y Lamine Yamal“, confesó días atrás. Tal vez, sumar una pieza como Díaz podría equilibrar la carga dicha cuestión. Mientras tanto, algunos River no tardarán en lamentarse y desear retroceder el tiempo para haber logrado disfrutar del posible futuro atacante del Barcelona.
Por qué Luis Díaz no llegó a River
A principios de 2019, el Millonario estaba decidido a reforzarse en ataque con el delantero colombiano. Así fue como envió una propuesta que rondaba los seis millones de dólares. Sin embargo, desde Junior exigían mínimo ocho millones. Su postura era inflexible y desde River tomaron la decisión de dar por finalizadas las negociaciones.
Por su parte, Luis Díaz se quedó seis meses en el conjunto de Barranquilla para luego ser transferido al Porto de Portugal en un monto aproximado a los famosos 8 millones de euros que pedían desde Junior. Una vez asentado en el Viejo Continente, el jugador cafetero dio un salto de calidad notable, el cual le permitió pasar al Liverpool, a principios de 2022, por 54 millones de euros.

เขาเอาชีสแผ่นมาเผาไฟเทียบกับชีสแท้หรือ natural cheese ปรากฎว่าชีสแผ่นไม่ละลายและมีการไหม้จนดำ ในขณะที่ชีสแท้มีการละลายและมีรอยไหม้เล็กน้อย ปรากฎว่าคนแชร์กันไปมากมายว่า ชีสแผ่นมีสารเคมีมากมายทำให้ไม่ละลาย
จนกระทั่ง มีคุณ Ann Reardon จากช่อง How To Cook That ออกมาบอกว่า การทดลองนี้ไม่สามารถนำไปสู่ข้อสรุปที่กล่าวอ้างได้ เนื่องจาก
ชีสแผ่น มีไขมันทั้งหมด 18.9 กรัม ต่อ 100 กรัม
ชีสธรรมชาติ มีไขมันทั้งหมด 33.3 กรัม ต่อ 100 กรัม

เราคงจะไม่สามารถบังคับให้ทุกคนใช้ชีสแท้มาทำอาหารได้ เพราะเป็นการยกต้นทุนให้สูงขึ้นไปอีก ดังนั้น การที่เรามีความต้องการที่เฉพาะเจาะจงในการเลือกอาหาร หรือ มีความสามารถในการจับจ่ายแล้ว เช่นต้องการเนื้อหรือผัก ออแกนิกเท่านั้น เราก็สามารถสอบถามผู้ผลิต หรือ ดูฉลากโภชนาการเองได้ครับ ว่าเป็นวัตถุดิบที่เราต้องการบริโภคหรือเปล่า
ดังนั้น แก่นของการเรียนรู้เรื่อง Ultra Processed Food คือการเรียนรู้ว่ากว่าจะออกมาเป็นอาหารที่คุณกินนั้นผ่านกระบวนการอะไรมาบ้าง แต่นั่นไม่ได้หมายความว่า ใครที่บริโภค Ultra Processed Food จะต้องสุขภาพไม่ดีเสมอไป และต้องอย่าลืมว่า คนที่ยังบริโภค Ultra Processed Food นั้นไม่ใช่เพราะเค้าไม่รู้เรื่อง ไม่ใช่เพราะเค้าไม่ใส่ใจสุขภาพ แต่มันยังมีเหตุผลอีกมากมาย ไม่ว่าจะรายได้ต่อวัน ความสะดวกสบาย หรือแม้แต่ ความชื่นชอบซึ่งตัวเขาสามารถจำกัดปริมาณได้ดี และดูแลสุขภาพในทางอื่นๆร่วมไปด้วยก็ได้
