1️⃣ มีกำไรแล้วพอ อย่าหวังกินคำใหญ่
💰 Daytrade คือการเก็งกำไรรายวัน ไม่ใช่การลงทุนระยะยาวค่ะ
เมื่อทำกำไรได้ตามเป้าหมายแล้ว ให้รีบทำกำไร ไม่ต้องถือต่อเพื่อหวังสูงสุด เพราะตลาดผันผวนอาจพลิกกลับมาขาดทุนได้ค่ะ 💸
(ถ้าอยากถือลงทุนยาว ให้ยกพอร์ตแยกออกไปเลย อย่าเอามาปนกับพอร์ต Daytrade ค่ะ)
2️⃣ ขาดทุนไม่เป็นไร ตั้งหลักใหม่ทำกำไรคืน
✂️ การเทรดระยะสั้นโอกาสผิดพลาดสูง Daytrader จึงต้องมีวินัยในการ #ตัดขาดทุน (Cut Loss) ถ้าหากราคาผิดทางค่ะ

So I did my first 24 hour fast over the weekend. Not too bad. Got myself some fasting electrolytes to mix in my water and some MCT powder to add to my coffee when I break my fast.
Will be working my way up to a 3 day fast at some point soon. Takes a little will power. During my 24 hour fast I kept thinking about food lol.
