因为中国人喜欢搞帮派，所以是个江湖社会，单打独斗你就没啥力量，所以无论在哪里都会有所谓的社会大哥，袍哥话事人之类的。就像我现在所在的这个地方，湖南最西部的一个小县城，曾经当地最好的高中出了个轰动全国的案子，就是校园埋尸。
这个案子很简单，但是一直没破，那个人就被埋在校园跑道上十六年。就是学校修跑道，承包工程的是校长的小舅子，带点黑社会性质，负责验收的是学校一个管事的，这人有点直就不签字，得罪了那伙人，就被干掉了，然后这个校长就利用自己在当地的人脉网络硬是给压了，就说那人失踪了也不调查了，其实就是花钱给了更有权利的人。
后来这帮地方小帮派运气差赶上了扫黑除恶，更高的权利部门介入，很快就把那人挖出来了，这帮人也就被打掉了。这个时候那个校长都已经退休了，也就是他们犯罪之后他依然干了十几年校长直到退休。你想想看，这么黑暗的一个人在当地的最高学校当着那么多年校长，可以说要经常给老师学生开会搞活动的人，这是多么的荒谬啊！
