If you have time, make an analogy to the system of checks and balances. The "government " isn't an entirely centralized entity since we're not a dictatorship. The 3 branches check each other is sorta like how miners (block creation), nodes (validation), and users (blockchain transparency) check each other. So I did my first 24 hour fast over the weekend. Not too bad. Got myself some fasting electrolytes to mix in my water and some MCT powder to add to my coffee when I break my fast.
Will be working my way up to a 3 day fast at some point soon. Takes a little will power. During my 24 hour fast I kept thinking about food lol.
