o3に投げたら2分以上の長考で、SDカードのような動画記録のような書込みが間に合わないことが許されない用途ではないために業界で最低速度保証規格が形成されなかったという結論
結論 USB3.0規格でも安いUSBメモリは地雷。リカバリメディア用でも遅すぎて後悔します（しました）
