Dear Yoga instructor,
Yoga is about union...with everything...not "yoking" yourself to a deity.
Rather than installing fear into people over this practice, maybe, instead, you could actually learn what yoga can do to a person and how to prepare a person for that potential experience.
I've never intentionally done any yoga exercises as far as I am aware, however I have experienced that of which you warn. I didn't know what it was that I had experienced for over 4 years.
I needed a teacher to help me understand. People like you who teach stretching and have no deeper spiritual understanding are the problem I had for over 4 years. Charlatans masquerading as gurus, seeking renown and respect, create an environment in which those who awaken cannot seek guidance, are the biggest source of noise in clown world. Unfortunately many of these charlatans have dogshit for discernment and falsely shield themselves with ignorance.

Uma edição à altura dos 90 anos da maior feira de pecuária zebuína do mundo. Os primeiros resultados contabilizados da ExpoZebu revelam crescimento em todos os quesitos, reforçando a importância da feira realizada pela ABCZ (Associação Brasileira dos Criadores de Zebu), em Uberaba (MG), entre os dias 26 de abril e 4 de maio.
Os 39 leilões que integraram a agenda deste ano somaram mais de R$ 200 milhões em faturamento – um aumento de 11% sobre o resultado do ano passado. O valor ainda não inclui o faturamento dos nove shoppings de animais realizados no período.
O número de animais participantes também cresceu, alcançando um recorde para a ExpoZebu. No total, 2.487 exemplares de todas as raças zebuínas passaram pelos pavilhões do Parque Fernando Costa, representando um aumento de 20% em comparação a 2024. Somando os animais que participaram de julgamentos e leilões, foram cerca de 4 mil animais no evento, um número sem precedentes.
A presença de empresas na feira também cresceu – quem visitou a ExpoZebu pôde conhecer o trabalho de comerciantes e grandes marcas do agro brasileiro, em 147 estandes espalhados pelo parque.
“Nosso muito obrigado aos criadores, expositores, tratadores, promotores de leilões, patrocinadores e toda nossa equipe de mais de 350 profissionais que trabalham na ABCZ durante uma edição ainda mais especial da nossa ExpoZebu”, comemora o Presidente da ABCZ, Gabriel Garcia Cid.
Em nove dias de programação oficial, mais de 80 eventos construíram a programação da edição que marcou as nove décadas da ExpoZebu. Do tradicional Concurso Leiteiro ao lançamento inédito da Galeria ABCZ de Raçadores, passando pelo Zebu Connect Day, dia de campo ABCZ e Embrapa na Fazenda Experimental, o tão esperado Mérito ABCZ, a Vila Cultural & Gastronômica Mineira, a inauguração da 40ª Mostra do Museu do Zebu, a ABCZ Walk n’ Run, que trouxe pela primeira vez uma corrida para a programação oficial da ExpoZebu, entre tantos outros destaques – além, é claro, dos julgamentos das raças zebuínas.
Outro aspecto inovador foi a transmissão realizada pela ABCZ TV. Diariamente, a equipe realizou a cobertura ao vivo da 90ª ExpoZebu.
O grande encontro da pecuária zebuína mundial trouxe conhecimento, trocas de experiências e momentos valiosos para os apaixonados pelo Zebu. A programação contou, ainda, com reuniões e encontros técnicos, o lançamento do Sumário de Touros Zebuínos Leiteiros 2025, encontros e negócios internacionais, Encontro ABCZ Mulher e Encontro Jovens da Pecuária.
Os projetos Zebu na Escola e na Universidade, as homenagens e comemorações de 50 da Fazu (Faculdades Associadas de Uberaba) e o lançamento da nova edição da Revista Turma do Zebuzinho também foram destaque.
Além disso, a abertura oficial da 90ª ExpoZebu manteve a tradição de contar com prestígio político de relevância nacional, com a presença dos governadores Romeu Zema (MG), Ronaldo Caiado (GO) e Ratinho Júnior (PR), o presidente da FPA (Frente Parlamentar da Agropecuária), deputado Pedro Lupion, o presidente da CNA (Confederação da Agricultura e Pecuária do Brasil), João Martins, além de autoridades que representaram governos internacionais.
E a comunidade também aproveitou a feira – além da programação durante o dia, 15 shows com grandes nomes do cenário nacional subiram ao palco da ExpoZebu Shows 2025.
