Look at the NIP discussion you sent me, and you can see how they pushed all of the complexity into the event, rather than really thinking through the event structure from first principles, and now the events just look random and chaotic.

People are leaving SA in numbers to this day, very few move back. I have friends leave yearly.
Problem is it's way too late, those leaving SA now largely haven't realized what Europe is becoming - or Australia or Canada. The time to leave was 2 decades ago. Now it's getting closer to moving back, since Europe hasn't got as much going for it anymore, they just don't know it yet.
