Mehr als 30 Staats- und Regierungschefs werden zu den Feierlichkeiten erwartet. Vertreter aus 13 Ländern nehmen außerdem an der Parade auf dem Roten Platz teil. Serbische Medien berichten über die Weigerung Litauens und Lettlands, Präsident Vučićs Flugzeug auf dem Weg nach Moskau passieren zu lassen. Trotz Drohungen der EU nimmt der serbische Präsident an der Siegesfeier teil.
