น้ำ.. อยู่ในหมวดอาหารแต่ต้องแยกออกมา เพราะต้องย้ำกับตัวเองว่าอย่าปล่อยให้ร่างกายขาดน้ำเปล่า หรือเน้นดื่มแต่น้ำอย่างอื่นที่ส่งผลเสียต่อสุขภาพ
ไม่เกี่ยวกับราคาถูกหรือแพง แต่ให้ใส่ใจว่าทุกมื้อที่ทานเข้าไปมันกลายเป็นตัวเราในอนาคต กินดี สุขภาพร่างกายของเราก็ดี ทำอะไรก็ง่าย ผิวดี หลับง่าย ถ่ายคล่อง แต่ลองกินอาหารค้างคืนหรือไม่สะอาดดูสิ ท้องเสียทรมาน หรือ กินอาหารดีจริงแต่กินเสร็จง่วงนอนเลยเสี่ยงเป็นกรดไหลย้อน ป่วยกันไป

ที่อยู่อาศัย.. อันนี้รายละเอียดเยอะ ให้ตั้งต้นว่า ตัวเองเป็นคนแบบไหนต้องการอะไร มีเงื่อนไขพิเศษเพิ่มเติมอะไรก็จะช่วยคัดกรองที่อยู่ได้ พึ่งระลึกไว้เสมอว่า แม้คนเราจะเป็นตัวของตัวเองได้แค่ไหน แต่สิ่งแวดล้อมมีผลต่อเราเสมอ คบคนพาลพาไปหาผิด คบคนวิกลจริตพาไปหาหมอ 😅
ยารักษาโรค.. อันนี้ส่วนตัวให้มองด้านข้อมูลสุขภาพตัวเองด้วยผลการตรวจสุขภาพจากโรงพยาบาลนะ มีโรคประจำตัวไหม แพ้อะไรบ้าง มีอะไรแฝงในร่างกาย รวมไปจนถึงประกันสุขภาพ อย่าลืมจ่ายให้ตัวเอง เพราะเวลาเกิดอะไรไม่คาดฝัน ตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตนเสมอ
