I took a different approach in examining the worst NBA Playoff teams of the 16 bit era, covering 1984-2024. Instead of using win-loss record, I examined the teams which made the playoffs with a negative SRS score, which takes into account scoring margin and strength of schedule.

Per il quinto giorno consecutivo, Extinction Rebellion torna in azione a Roma. Questa mattina, poco dopo le 10, un centinaio di persone ha occupato l’ingresso del Ministero di Giustizia di via Arenula. Dopo aver lanciato in aria polvere colorata, creando una nuvola dalle mille sfumature, hanno aperto un grande striscione con scritto “Nel buio fascista, i colori della giustizia. “Questi colori rappresentano le mille sfumature della giustizia e l’amore per la diversità e per i valori democratici di solidarietà e riconnessione con la Terra” afferma Ludovica. “Di fronte al buio che avanza, restituiamo rabbia, gioia e colori.”
Per sottolineare queste contraddizioni, i manifestanti si sono poi seduti a terra, mostrando cartelli che recitano “Dio è morto … nelle carceri, nei CPR, nel Mediterraneo, a Gaza, nei decreti sicurezza”, un chiaro riferimento alla nota canzone di Francesco Guccini, una delle canzoni di protesta più amate, uscita nel 1965 che, paradossalmente, venne censurata dalla RAI, ma trasmessa invece da Radio Vaticana. Un testo che, evocando i luoghi simbolo del male, i campi di sterminio, parla di un Dio ucciso dall’ipocrisia, dal falso mito della razza, dalla politica fatta di odio e di paura. Una rilettura in chiave attuale, quindi, quella di Extinction Rebellion, che elenca i luoghi dove oggi le persone soffrono e muoiono a causa delle scelte politiche in tema di crisi ecoclimatica, migrazioni, sicurezza. “Quegli stessi ministri che hanno promosso politiche distruttive per clima, ambiente e diritti, in questi giorni successivi alla morte di Papa Francesco, hanno dichiarato il loro impegno verso gli ultimi” afferma ancora Ludovica. Tra gli altri si è espresso, appunto, il ministro della Giustizia, Carlo Nordio, che ha dichiarato: “Nella sua grande misericordia era molto sensibile alle sofferenze dei carcerati. Nel suo nome lavoreremo per rendere il sistema penitenziario sempre più umano”.
Affermazioni che sembrano tuttavia non trovare riscontro nelle numerose critiche e osservazioni, come quella delle Camere Penali, che in questi mesi sono arrivate alla gestione della giustizia e delle carceri e all’approvazione del #DecretoSicurezza . L’introduzione di numerosi nuovi reati e l’inasprimento delle pene sono stati definiti incostituzionali da moltissimi autorevoli commentatori, anche internazionali, e in ultimo è arrivato un durissimo appello sottoscritto da 237 costituzionalisti, di cui è primo firmatario Gustavo Zagrebelsky. Il testo sottolinea l’impostazione autoritaria della gestione dell’ OrdinePubblico e della giustizia da parte dell’attuale Governo “il filo che lega il metodo e il merito di questo nuovo intervento normativo rende esplicito un disegno complessivo, che tradisce un’impostazione autoritaria, illiberale e antidemocratica, non episodica od occasionale ma mirante a farsi sistema, a governare con la paura invece di governare la paura”.

Audiência pública escancara gargalos da regularização fundiária em Santarém
A insegurança jurídica por falta de regularização fundiária trava o desenvolvimento urbano e rural do município. Audiência pública aconteceu nesta quarta (30) em Santarém

Uma audiência pública realizada na manhã desta quarta-feira (30), na Câmara Municipal de Santarém, reuniu vereadores, representantes do Executivo e sociedade para discutir um tema urgente: a regularização fundiária. O debate, ocorrido no plenário Benedito Magalhães, revelou os desafios históricos e atuais que impedem milhares de santarenos de terem acesso a moradias legalizadas.

Autor do requerimento que solicitou a realização da audiência, o vereador Alaércio Cardoso destacou a complexidade do tema e a necessidade de promover um amplo diálogo com a população e os entes governamentais.
“Em vários bairros essas matrículas estão no INCRA, como Mararu, Tabocal, Sipoal e outras áreas dentro do nosso município. O diálogo também envolve a CEAB, e nós encontramos dificuldades exatamente com relação à regularização fundiária, tanto na área urbana quanto na área rural. Diante dessa complexidade, decidimos chamar essa audiência pública para ouvir a população, ouvir as autarquias, ouvir os governos, tanto do Estado quanto do município, e propor alguns encaminhamentos, como novas redações de leis existentes no município e tratativas que a Comissão de Terra e a Câmara também irão sugerir”, explicou Alaércio.
O ex-vereador Alysson Pontes, que também é advogado, participou da audiência e foi enfático ao afirmar que Santarém, com mais de 360 anos, vive uma crise silenciosa na gestão do solo urbano e rural.
“Temos áreas ocupadas há décadas de forma irregular, sem que nenhum gestor tenha dado uma resposta definitiva. Existem loteamentos feitos fora da legalidade, e o Poder Público parece fechar os olhos”, declarou.
Pontes citou o loteamento Buriti como exemplo de uma conquista difícil.
“Foram mais de dez anos de luta. Hoje o local tem asfalto, iluminação, urbanização. Mas isso deveria ser regra, não exceção”, afirmou.
O secretário municipal de Habitação, Emir Aguiar, destacou que a Prefeitura tem dado os primeiros passos na busca de soluções. Ele informou que o núcleo urbano informal Nova Vitória está em fase final de regularização e que outros bairros também serão contemplados.
“Nosso grande desafio são as áreas federais ocupadas por comunidades consolidadas. Precisamos resgatar essas áreas para o domínio municipal e, assim, avançar na legalização”, explicou.
Durante a audiência, Emir Aguiar também detalhou o andamento dos projetos habitacionais do programa federal Minha Casa, Minha Vida em Santarém. Os residenciais Moaçara 1 e 2 estão próximos da entrega, e há obras em andamento no bairro São José Operário. A parte cartorária do residencial Uruará está sendo finalizada, e o projeto do residencial Moaçara deve ser iniciado em breve.
“É um sonho nosso tirar do papel o projeto do Uruará. Com o novo PAC, temos expectativa de mais recursos para ampliar o acesso à moradia”, disse.
Cláudia Santana, presidente da FAMCOS, entrega documento com propostas à Câmara Municipal

A presidente da Federação das Associações de Moradores e Organizações Comunitárias de Santarém (Famcos), Cláudia Santana, representando 26 bairros associados, reforçou a importância da escuta popular nesse processo.
“Essa política da regularização fundiária tem como proposição melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas, garantindo acesso à moradia digna, serviços públicos e geração de emprego e renda”, afirmou.
Cláudia também entregou ao presidente da Câmara um documento com propostas elaboradas pela Federação para contribuir com o avanço da política fundiária no município.
Segundo ela, a expectativa é que a partir da audiência sejam construídas soluções conjuntas e efetivas.
“Esse precisa ser um ponto de partida para um novo momento em Santarém, onde a população seja respeitada, cuidada e tenha seus direitos garantidos”, concluiu.

Different billing intervals are supported, you can technically create a renewal for as low as 1 second, ill look into it

The way billing works its only for fixed intervals like 1 month, zapping arbitrary amounts would be weird, not impossible though..
