Absolutly. Things like coinjoin only give you forward looking privacy if your coming from a KYC exchange.
KYC is a permanent record of buying BTC. The price you pay for "cheaper" bitcoin is giving your identity over to potentially adversarial actors.
If bitcoin really is freedom money and if we really are out here to subvert the FIAT system there might be a point where your door will be knocked on by government goons because you bought Bitcoin on a regulated exchange where you handed over your personal information.
Everyone has their own risk tollerence but Im here assuming that things will get worse before it gets better.

到底有多少人真的支持中共？
中共国是个匮乏帝国，维系其存在的，是匮乏模式衍生出的整套匮乏观念、匮乏文化、匮乏制度。
这些工具的功效，都聚焦于构建伤害链和维持伤害链。
受这些工具影响最深的人，对中共政权支撑作用最强的人，则是真心认同自己在伤害链中的角色，竭力扮演好那些角色的人。
是作为受害者，甘心认同加害者的权力和地位，同时作为加害者，乐意对受害者施加伤害的人。
请回想一下你们的长辈亲戚身上，有没有这样的影子。
有，是吗？
中共国的中老年人，经历过改开前的贫穷困苦生活的人，甚至受过各种政治运动影响，自己或家人受过迫害的人，往往是最支持中共政权的。
作为暴政的受害者，他们认同加害者的权力和地位。他们崇拜毛泽东，感激邓小平，支持习近平。
为什么？
因为他们承受过太多的苦难。
苦难会令人麻木，会让人把吃苦看作理所当然。而匮乏模式，更会诱使人们产生一种将苦难合理化的观念，把“吃苦”当成“生存”必须支付的代价。
但这里的“吃苦”指的是什么呢？
指的不是大自然给你制造的生存压力，是匮乏社会中，你身为受害者时，承受加害、忍受加害的义务。
“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。”
用伤害链的视角解读这句话，你会看到，它所指的，正是“能忍受上位者的加害，才能获得对下位者的加害权”。
否则，牙疼苦不苦？挨饿苦不苦？失恋苦不苦？进黑煤窑苦不苦？吃这些苦能成为人上人吗？
用伤害链的视角，解读那些祖祖辈辈承受苦难，却一代又一代传承着苦难的人的思路，你才能看懂，他们是把承受经济压力生儿育女，看成了获得伤害链中较高地位的“正道”。
匮乏女性在伤害链中的上升通道，是“多年的媳妇熬成婆”。
匮乏男性在伤害链中的上升通道，是“多年的孙子熬成爹”。
匮乏模式下的师徒关系、官员与僚属的关系，同样如此。
每个人都活在这样的伤害链中。
并因在伤害链中，维护伤害链的内部法则（吃苦）有可能让自己更快升高地位，获得更多的加害权，而夸大苦难的价值，宣扬苦难的必要性。
那些崇拜毛泽东、感激邓小平、支持习近平的老年人，并不是真的热爱苦难。他们所热爱的，是苦难的价值。
只有伤害链会赋予苦难以价值，会赋予愚昧以价值，会为了让“牲人”们不象野兽那样反抗，在加害者面前俯首帖耳，而赞美苦难，提倡吃苦，把承受痛苦、保持“单蠢”，设置成蠢才们换取较高社会地位的“优惠券”。
而除了曾经吃过许多许多苦，没有任何能力和资本在现代社会里获得较高社会地位、较好生活的那些中老年人，他们若不宣扬苦难的价值，若不认同伤害链的价值观，就必须承认自己的一无是处。
这些除了曾经吃过的苦，除了曾经承受过的加害就一无所有的人，是真心认同伤害链的人，也是会下死力气维持伤害链的人，才是中共这个匮乏帝国真正的基本盘。
这些中老年人为什么催婚催育？
因为在他们的观念中，子孙绵延，家族扩张，伤害链就能向更远处延伸，处于他自己这个环节下游的链环就更多。
对伤害链的认同，令他们丧失了对个体利益的敏感，只记得自己是这庞大链条的一环，只知道下游链条越长，自己的地位就越高。
那些所谓的“民族主义者”，为什么帝国主义思想浓厚？因为帝国的扩张，帝国的对外侵略，同样是在将伤害链向外延伸。
伤害链是以伤害和被伤害为代价维持的。只要它存在，它就会源源不断制造痛苦。而每当它要扩张，要延伸，它就必须制造更多痛苦，构建更多的加害与受害关系。
当你彻底看清伤害链与中共政权稳定性的关系，你就会明白，最支持中共的那些人是什么人，而最容易背叛中共的，又是哪些人。
最支持中共的，是除了通过已经承受过的痛苦，在伤害链中换得的地位，就一无所有的那些人。
最容易背叛中共的，则是不肯吃苦的人。
不论那些不肯吃苦的人，是不是已经接受过现代思想的启蒙，是不是已经处于清醒状态，只要他们基于动物趋乐避苦的天性，不肯把自己嵌入匮乏模式的伤害链条，不肯喜孜孜、乐滋滋的承受伤害，换取加害权，只要他们不肯把自己牢牢的拴在链上，承上启下，他们就已经成了伤害链的叛徒，已经成了不稳定因素。
在中共国，只要男性不肯结婚，女性不肯生育，求职者不肯当城管，体制内躺平摸鱼，伤害链的结构就将无以为继。
不管他们嘴上说什么，不管他们在网上怎么仇日、爱党。
只要不肯吃苦，不热爱吃苦，不认同苦难的价值，不逼着别人吃苦，不尽受害的义务，不追求加害的权力，他们就不可能成为中共匮乏帝国维持伤害链所需要的合格链环。
中共的伤害链，在新一代人中，已经溃败了。
那些牢固的基本盘，因承受过苦难而认同苦难，也试图延续苦难的人们，已经老去！
农民工子弟连进厂打螺丝都不想，何况象父辈一样当牛作马血汗一生。
这才是真相。
而任何人，只要无法在家庭中、社会中、制度中重建伤害链，就无法重建匮乏的稳定。

Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.
Neither of those three current and former Republican lawmakers were indicted last month by the regular Fulton County Superior Court grand jury that charged Trump and the other defendants.
Graham scoffed at the idea that he should have been charged in the case, vowing to reporters "I'll do the same thing" in the next election if he saw the need.
Also not charged were 18 other people whom the special grand jury had recommended for indictment, including former Trump national security advisor Michael Flynn, Trump advisor and lawyer Boris Epshteyn, and campaign lawyer Cleta Mitchell, according to the report.
The full 25-page report of the special grand jury, which finished its investigative work last winter, was released Friday morning.
The special grand jury recommended that Graham, Perdue and Loeffler, along with others, should be indicted for crimes related to "the national effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election, focused on efforts in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia."

Graham, talking to reporters later, said "If it ever becomes impossible or politically dangerous or legally dangerous for a United States Senator to call up people to find out how the election was wrong, God help us all."
"The next election, if I have questions, I'll do the same thing."
Graham, a staunch Trump ally, is known to have called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger after the November 2020 election to ask about absentee ballots in that contest.
Graham told Friday, "So at the end of the day, nothing happened. What I did was consistent with my job as being United States senator, chairman of the Judiciary Committee."
"We're opening up Pandora's box," he added. "I think the system in this country is getting off the rails. And we have to be careful not to use the legal system as a political tool."
Loeffler, in her own statement on the social media site X, said, "I make no apologies for serving my state by giving voice to millions of Americans who felt disenfranchised in 2020 — and I refuse to be intimidated by a two-tiered system of justice that seems to systematically destroy conservatives across this country."
The special grand jury had the power to subpoena evidence and testimony from witnesses but did not have the authority to issue indictments.
Both Perdue and Loeffler, who were sitting senators at the time of the 2020 election, were defeated in early 2021 runoff elections by Democrats, Sens. Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock.
Trump's continued false claims of election fraud in the 2020 presidential contest were seen as factors that led to the defeat of both Perdue and Loeffler, and Democrats taking majority control of the Senate in 2021.
A footnote in the special grand jury report says that one juror voted against recommending indictments against Perdue and Loeffler on a racketeering conspiracy charge because they believed that the then-senators' "statements following the November 2020 election, while pandering to their political base, did not give rise to their being guilty of a criminal conspiracy."
Flynn's lawyer Jesse Binnall in a statement said, "Today's report reveals even more corruption by a politically-motivated prosecutor with one goal: to take down President Trump and his associates, and interfere in the 2024 election."
"This baseless witch hunt isn't based on the facts, or the law, or reality," Binnall said.

It depends on how you are running your node. If its bitcoind its in your /home/username/.bitcoin file. Core gui has a button to open it.
If you using umbril youll need to ssh into it and check umbrils data folder for it.

Ok so I don't think ive done a #fossfriday post in a bit. Here is a tool that I host on my laptop and use almost daily.

It does so much. It has a git cheatsheet, wysiwyg html editor, docker run to docker compose converter, token genration, chmod clalulator, bip39 tool, just so much stuff.

Eh. Depends on your needs. They are both good options for a degoogled phone. But they handle google play apps very differently from what I understand.
Calyx has a modified version of the gapps package allowing you to use paystore and google stuff much more smoothly if you need to. Graphine uses a sandboxing method and does not have any version of Gapps in the OS making it much more private but can make using play store apps a bit harder.
this is just off the top of my head so i could be missing some nuance but this is my understanding of the main differences between the operating systems
