【共同社6月16日電】東京股市16日開啟新的一週，日經指數反彈，終盤報38311.33點，較上週五上漲477.08點，漲幅為1.26%。以色列與伊朗交火導致中東局勢緊張，東京外匯市場上，避險買盤推升美元。出於日元走低帶動利潤增加的預期，以出口相關板塊為主買盤佔優。

Safety is a pretty subjective thing. I suspect a lot of this will be solved by combinations of client features and relays over time. Meaning there will probably be age appropriate combinations at some point. Or whatever measure you want to use. Of course, a relay specifically for children (for example) will likely have to deal with attracting certain types of adults. It'll be a constant battle.

it can, but not if they are auth required, then you need a scheme to proxy out these auth requests. it can just be a simple http proxy too, though you'd have to control the bandwidth and perhaps limit it to what is listed in a user's relay list.
