การจดบันทึก Proof of Work ของตัวเอง
สิ่งที่ไม่สำคัญแต่ทำแล้วใจฟู
Proof of Work ผมได้ยินครั้งแรกก็จากการศึกษาบิทคอยนี่แหละ
แต่ Proof of Work ในมุมมองของผมในวันนี้ หมายถึง ผลของการทำสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งอย่างช้ำๆ และนานพอ จนมีความชำนาญ ส่งผลทำให้เราทำมันได้ดี เร็วขึ้นกว่าเดิม และพัฒนาต่อยอดได้ในอนาคต
หลายๆคนอาจจะรู้สึกเหมือนกันว่า ทำไมฉันไม่พัฒนาเลย ทำไมฉันย่ำอยู่กับที่ คนอื่นเขาไปไหนต่อไหนแล้ว
สิ่งนี้ผมก็รู้สึกและพยายามพัฒนาตัวเอง แต่ก็ยังรู้สึกว่าเราไม่ไปไหนอยู่ดี บางทีก็สู้ บางทีก็ท้อ
จนวันนึงผมมานั่งดูสมุดบันทึก Proof of Work ของตัวเอง ปีที่แล้วเราเคยเขียนเป้าหมาย แผนการ และผลอะไรไว้บ้างหรือการหาเงิน การบริหารเงิน เป้าหมายทางการเงิน สำเร็จหรือไม่สำเร็จยังไง
ผมก็รู้สึกปลดล็อคว่า เออ จริงๆแล้ว ตัวเราเองในวันนี้ก็เป็นเวอร์ชั่นที่ดีกว่าปีที่แล้วนี่นา
ถ้าหากใครยังรู้สึกว่าตัวเองตามคนอื่นไม่ทัน คุณภาพชีวิตแย่ สิ่งแรกที่ต้องทำคือ เราต้องศึกษาหาวิธีในการพัฒนาตัวเองในเรื่องนั้นๆ แล้ว "ทำเป็นประจำอย่างสม่ำเสมอ"
ยกตัวอย่างเช่น
- การหารายได้เสริม เช่น ทำคลิป affiliate ลงคลิปสม่ำเสมอ
- การออมเงินในบิทคอยอย่างน้อย 1k บาท ทุกเดือน ไม่ขายเด็ดขาด
- มีเป้าหมายออมบิทคอยเพื่อเกษียณ
- ทำบัญชีรายรับ รายจ่าย และ บันทึกการออม ทุกเดือน
- ลดการกิน Ultra-process food
- การออกกำลังกาย ตั้งเป้า cardio ให้ได้วีคละ 150 นาที
- ใจดี พูดดี และไม่คิดลบกับตัวเอง และ ผู้อื่น (สุขภาพจิตสำคัญไม่แพ้สุขภาพกาย และ เงิน)
- ศึกษาเพิ่มเติมและส่งต่อความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเงิน บิทคอย เงินเฟ้อ ให้กับคนรอบตัวที่สนใจ (บิทคอยศึกษาเรื่องเดียวคุ้มนะ เพราะมันจะเชื่อมโยงถึงปัญหาต่างๆในชีวิตเราในหลายๆมิติได้อีก)
ลองค่อยๆพัฒนา ทำในสิ่งเล็กๆแค่วันละนิด พร้อมกับการจดบันทึกไปด้วย
พอกลับมาดู เราสามารถเทียบได้ว่า ตัวเราวันนี้กับวันนั้นดีขึ้นอย่างไร พอทำไปสักพักสิ่งที่เคยยากในวันนั้นจะกลายเป็นสิ่งที่ง่ายในวันนี้ นี่แหละคือผลของ Proof of Work ที่เราตั้งใจทำมาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
พอมันวัดผมได้ ทำให้เรามีกำลังใจในการพัฒนา หรือ ทำต่อไป
เมื่อก่อนผมชอบเทียบตัวเองกับคนอื่น แต่ตอนนี้ถึงบางครั้งจะยังคิดแบบนั้น แต่ผมพยายามเปลี่ยนวิธีคิดเป็นเทียบกับตัวเราเองในอดีตแทน ถ้ามันดีขึ้น ถือว่า สำเร็จ แล้วอาจจะค่อยขยับเป้า challenge ตัวเองไปด้วย
สรุป
1 อยากพัฒนาอะไร ก็ต้องศึกษาและต้องเลือกทางเดินให้ถูกทาง
2 จากนั้นตั้งเป้าหมายให้วัดผลได้ และทำมันซ้ำๆจนชำนาญ (ข้อนี้สำคัญที่สุด)
3 บันทึก Proof of Work ที่เกิดขึ้น จะทำให้เราเทียบได้ง่ายขึ้นว่าเราพัฒนาขึ้นจริงมั้ย (ทำแล้วใจฟู)
4 ไม่ต้องเทียบกับคนอื่น เทียบกับตัวเราเองก็พอ

Iran, Israel, Netanyahu, and Trump. This is what I would call the quartet of fire. They are all marked by Mars in Leo or fixed sign tensions in their charts, with Uranus igniting the power keg. This is a brief synthesis of the landscape as seen from evolutionary astrology.

I think all kind of violence has to be tracked. But I think defensive violence can be legitimized, where offensive violence can not. Nor can the decision to gain money, by supporting any offensive war, be legitimized. So I would argue, that all supporters of the russian war are criminal. From Putin, vown to the worker in Russian arms company.
And in temporade of information, all countries that are in favor of world peace should defnitly make this clear. In a way, that as many citizen of the world know that they risk to get targeted by law, if a law can proof someone was supporting a war in whatever way.
