Vom Recht auf Angriffskrieg
(Eigener Bericht) – Die Bundesregierung billigt Israels völkerrechtswidrigen Angriffskrieg gegen Iran und übt keine Kritik an der Ermordung ziviler Wissenschaftler durch die israelischen Streitkräfte. Bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz erklärte bereits am Freitag kategorisch zu dem Überfall auf Iran: „Wir bekräftigen, dass Israel das Recht hat, seine Existenz und die Sicherheit seiner Bürger zu verteidigen.“ Wie aus einer Vielzahl von Stellungnahmen bekannter Völkerrechtler hervorgeht, ist ein Präventivschlag nach Art des israelischen Überfalls auf Iran allenfalls erlaubt, wenn er einen überwältigenden Angriff verhindert, der unmittelbar bevorsteht und anders nicht abgewendet werden kann. Dies war hier nicht der Fall; zudem befand sich Iran in laufenden Atomverhandlungen mit den USA. Auch die gezielte Tötung iranischer Atomwissenschaftler sei völkerrechtlich durch nichts zu rechtfertigen, konstatiert ein US-Experte. Verschiedene Bundesregierungen von Rot-Grün bis zu einer Koalition aus Union und FDP haben in der Vergangenheit Verbrechen enger Verbündeter gedeckt, so die Verschleppung von Terrorverdächtigen in Folterverliese durch die CIA oder US-Drohnenmorde in aller Welt.

【共同社華盛頓6月16日電】美國商務部長盧特尼克14日在社交媒體平台X（原推特）上發文稱，日本製鐵公司收購美國鋼鐵公司後，將無法在沒有總統同意的情況下把生產或崗位轉移到美國以外地區或關停工廠。他介紹稱，美國政府將擁有的美鋼“黃金股”會起到制約作用。
盧特尼克稱，削減或延期對美鋼的巨額投資、把總部遷出東部賓夕法尼亞州匹茲堡、以及變更公司名也無法在未經同意的情況下實現。他強調稱，黃金股“將給美國和美鋼的勞動者帶來利益”。
日鐵通過與美國政府簽署“國家安全保障協定”，實現了收購計劃獲批。日鐵將取得美鋼100%的股份並將之收為全資子公司。預計可能在美國時間18日完成手續。安保協定中不僅提到將發行黃金股，還包括有關在美國國內的生產等內容，但日鐵並未透露詳情。
黃金股是能對重要經營事項行使否決權的特別股票。在日鐵的收購過程中，由美鋼發行。（完）

What can I say, financial health matters. Clearly where things are at now is not in a place of financial health.
You need a fixed reimbursement mechanism at the end of the day, for the lowest level infra only, but still there. Black and white. No confusion, no blind trust in the miracle of value for value. Companies and communities can subsidise on top of that, they can throw around relay-locked sats like confetti, they can invest in other things.
If not you get a situation where a few players invest in better rails and then capture the bulk of the revenue. This more or less always happens.
