Even Rothbard explained his views after he witnessed how this was explicitly abused to destroy liberty centered nations. It’s a similar problem as open networks and spam. 经武汉市委批准，武汉市纪委监委对武汉市人民政府原副秘书长、机关党组成员、武汉市城市运行管理中心原主任周大鸿严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。经查，周大鸿背离初心使命，罔顾中央八项规定精神，参与违规吃喝、违规打牌；与他人串供，对抗组织审查；收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品、礼金、消费卡，不按规定报告个人有关事项；利用职务上的影响为亲属在经营活动方面谋取利益;违反国家法律，利用职务上的便利以及职权或者地位形成的便利条件，为他人在承接工程项目等方面谋取利益，并非法收受巨额财物。周大鸿严重违反党的政治纪律、中央八项规定精神、组织纪律、廉洁纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。根据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经武汉市纪委常委会会议研究并报武汉市委批准，决定给予周大鸿开除党籍处分；由武汉市监委给予其开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。
