Tras un fin de semana complicado en la Ronda de Emilia-Romagna, Rea dejó claro que su futuro aún no está definido, pero mantiene la calma: “Podrían pasar semanas o meses antes de que todo se resuelva”.
El mercado de pilotos está en ebullición. La salida de Toprak Razgatlioglu a MotoGP dejará un hueco en BMW, mientras que Álvaro Bautista abandonará el equipo oficial de Ducati a finales de año. Estos asientos libres abren posibilidades para Rea, aunque el norirlandés prefiere no apresurarse. “Hay un par de asientos disponibles, algo de movimiento”, dijo a WorldSBK.com. “Espero entender más entre Donington y Balaton, seguramente en el parón de verano”.
