Just found out, my grandpa that I've never met is buried in San Diego, California. He died in a Swedish prison in Leukemia at the age of 67. His ashes was sent to his wife in USA. His name was Bertil Sagermark (1919-1987). Born as a lonely child, his parents was both deaf and mute. He was an engineer and inventor, had a patent for cranes that the social democratic government of Sweden stole from him. He lived in Spain and USA because of that struggle which eventually got him imprisoned. Found an interview. Crazy stuff. He was also a sailor and a pilot, did work in his youth, like flying gold for the emperor of Ethiopia with his private plane. Except this is fundamentally different since they are backed by Bitcoin, no? Save for a Black Swan or just massive amounts of paper Bitcoin and rehypothecation happening, this should be as safe a play as their could possibly be.
If Bitcoin has a significant drawdown past highs when all of these various actors are buying up multiples of daily minted supply, OTC desks and exchange levels consistently dropping, it will be time to scrap the scarcity narrative because the math ain't mathing. At that point we'd also probably have to have the difficult conversation that it's been captured by tradfi, too.

O governo federal decidiu endurecer as regras para investidores em criptoativos. Assim, na última terça-feira, 11 de junho, o Planalto publicou a Medida Provisória nº 1.303, que estabelece uma alíquota fixa de 17,5% sobre os lucros obtidos com Bitcoin e outras criptomoedas.
A medida atinge pessoas físicas, empresas do Simples Nacional e investidores estrangeiros, encerrando a antiga isenção de até R$ 35 mil em vendas mensais. Agora, qualquer lucro com cripto será tributado, mesmo em valores baixos, afetando diretamente milhares de investidores de varejo.
A nova regra também alcança ativos mantidos em autocustódia, ou seja, quando o investidor detém as próprias chaves privadas. Além disso, operações com staking e empréstimos em plataformas DeFi entram na mira da Receita Federal.O contribuinte vai apurar o imposto a cada trimestre. Quem está no Simples ou é pessoa física não vai precisar fazer ajuste anual.

Also nochmal zum Mitschreiben: Es gibt ein Gesetz, dass für nicht deutache Bürger erlaubt andere niedrigschwelligere Regelungen anzuwenden.
Nochmal kurz: Es gibt ein deutsches Gesetz, dass Menschen nach ihrer Herkunft anders behandelt.
