Huge life upgrade when I banned the words overthink and overthinking from my vocabulary. I have found those words to resemble blankets, they cover over potential problems by keeping things vague. I am now forced to drill down and identify specific thinking practices and habits. As a response it makes it waaaay easier to proactively intervene, if necessary.
