I earned all my corn. Sure you can argue I bought using printed money because thats what happens when you take out a loan.
So I see your point about Saylor. And on the flip side if he gets called and loses it all, did he earn his losses? Yes.
So In a way, yes Strategy earned the bitcoin by having massive balls, taking on risk... as a trail-blazer to boot.
Unethical? Arguably. But bitcoin don't care and everyone gets it at the price they deserve.
