Seit dem Covid Scam hat D3 ja eine große Runde gemacht. Da die meisten Menschen keine ausgewogene Ernährung haben werden sie laut Blutbild vermutlich alle einen Mangel haben.
Welches Subs nehmt ihr und warum?
Magnesium+D3+K2+C
Magnesium (Für Muskeln/Knochen/Nerven) ist ein entscheidender Cofaktor für Vitamin D.
(Unterstützt fast alle anderen Vitamine,Stoffwechsel,Hormonhaushalt)
Ohne ausreichend Magnesium kann Vitamin D nicht in seine aktive Form umgewandelt werden und somit seine Funktionen im Körper nicht optimal erfüllen.
Tatsächlich kann Vitamin C (Ascorbinsäure) die Aufnahme von Magnesium verbessern. Einige Studien deuten darauf hin, dass Vitamin C die Bioverfügbarkeit von Magnesium um bis zu 50% erhöhen kann. Dies liegt daran, dass Vitamin C den pH-Wert im Magen senken kann, was die Löslichkeit und damit die Aufnahme von Magnesium begünstigt. Magnesium und D3+K2 kommt morgens beinEiernnund Speck mit rein. (Nicht mit Kaffee)
Zink?
Man sollte Zink (Für das Immunsystem/Zellwachstum/Antioxidationssystems) und Kalzium (Calcium) nicht unbedingt gleichzeitig einnehmen, da sie um die Aufnahme im Darm konkurrieren können.
Warum das so ist:
Konkurrenz um Absorptionswege: Zink und Kalzium nutzen im Dünndarm ähnliche Transportmechanismen für ihre Aufnahme in den Körper. Wenn beide Mineralien in hohen Dosen gleichzeitig vorhanden sind, kann der eine die Aufnahme des anderen behindern.
Zink wird oft am besten auf leeren Magen aufgenommen (z.B. 30 Minuten vor einer Mahlzeit oder 2 Stunden danach), da bestimmte Nahrungsbestandteile (wie Phytate in Getreide und Hülsenfrüchten) seine Aufnahme hemmen können. Wenn Zink Magenbeschwerden verursacht, kann es auch zu einer kleinen Mahlzeit eingenommen werden.
Um eine optimale Aufnahme zu gewährleisten, wird empfohlen, zwischen der Einnahme von Zink und Kalzium (und damit indirekt auch D3+K2, da sie den Kalziumstoffwechsel beeinflussen) einen zeitlichen Abstand von mindestens 2 Stunden einzuhalten.
B Vitamine sollte ich reichlich über meine Nahrung zu mir nehmen. Fleisch, Fisch, Geflügel, Nüsse, Gemüse.
Supplimentieren scheint aktuell nicht notwendig zu sein.
