You would have to transfer your on chain sats to the on chain wallet of Zeus for example. From there you would be able to create your lightning channel with zeuspay. Same principle with other non custodial lightning wallets. First you send sats on chain to it, then you use them to create a channel. Back up your keys first of course

I’m waiting for statists to offer a compelling solution to any form of child abuse or human exploitation.
Anarchist perspectives on punishment vary depending on the community, but decisions would typically be made collectively. There are different types of anarchists with different types of solutions. If an act violates the Non-Aggression Principle (NAP) such as child abuse, the offender would face consequences. In many anarchist communities, punishments for such violations could be swift, severe, or even lethal.
However, since most societies operate under statist systems, we should focus on reforming the current legal framework to impose harsher penalties for child abusers, rather than continuing with lenient sentences. Just an idea that would help currently!

千葉ロッテの新球場、34年にも開業へ 幕張メッセ駐車場に屋外型 - 日本経済新聞

プロ野球・千葉ロッテマリーンズの本拠地、ZOZOマリンスタジアム（千葉市）の移転を巡り、所有者の千葉市は22日、幕張メッセ駐車場（同）に屋外型の新球場を建設すると発表した。周辺整備費を含めた概算事業費は約650億円で、2034年の開業を目指す。民間の投資を呼び込み、商業・宿泊空間を備えた多機能スタジアムにする構想だ。
神谷俊一市長が22日の記者会見で再整備の基本構想案を公表した。移転場所は幕張メッセ駐車場の北西部分とした。整備に必要な約11万平方メートルの敷地が確保できたことに加え、23年に開業したJR京葉線の幕張豊砂駅から500メートルほどとアクセスがよく、イオンモール幕張新都心など商業施設に囲まれた好立地が決め手となった。
新球場は屋外型で、収容人数は球団の要望を踏まえ現在より約1割多い3万3000人前後を想定する。選手の屋内練習場も備える。スタジアム整備費の約600億円は市とロッテ球団などの民間で負担するほか、外構や周辺道路の整備に50億円ほどを見込む。
ドーム型も検討したが800～1000億円のイニシャルコストが必要で、維持費もよりかかると試算されたため、屋外型を選んだ。神谷市長は「幕張の海風空を感じられる」と強調した。
8月までに基本構想を策定する。民間の協力者を募った上で最終的な事業実施を判断。設計・建設工事は27～33年を計画し、34年の開業を目指す。現スタジアムは新球場のオープンまで使用を継続した後、解体して更地にする見通し。この費用に別途約70億円を見込む。
新球場は商業や娯楽、宿泊の「拡張機能」も備えたスタジアムを想定する。民間事業者から提案を募り、投資を呼び込んで整備費に充てる。市は「365日楽しめるスタジアムを実現する」と説明し、野球の試合がないときも楽しめるボールパークを目指す計画だ。
音楽ライブの使用も想定し、大型のビジョンやスピーカーを備えて臨場感を演出する。会議や懇親会を開ける特別な部屋の設置も検討し、ビジネス客を狙う。
新球場の管理運営には民間ノウハウを活用する。公共施設としての立ち位置を維持しながら、収益性を重視する。周辺にあるイオンモール幕張新都心や幕張メッセの大型施設と連携し、地域のにぎわいを創出して高い経済効果を生み出す拠点にする。施設使用料や収益の一部は、財源の一つとなる市債の償還にあてる考えだ。
千葉ロッテマリーンズの球場はプロ野球12球団の本拠地で収容人数が最も少ないが、新球場は9位に浮上する。建設中に使えなくなる幕張メッセの駐車場については、県などと協議して代替場所を確保する
