居住日本50天的感受：慎重前来
大家好、一年前、半年前咨询过大家，目前已经居住日本50天。
【最大的感受是：难、钱。】
难：各方面都很难，难的第一个原因是因为钱、第二个原因是因为语言。
1、开手机号。一到日本因为急着需要手机号，就在附近一家通信门店申请。才知道签订契约是有【手数料，3300日元】的。
不论是签电话合约还是住房租赁合约，都有这个费用。电话套餐虽然有前5分钟免费，但比如说给电力水道公司打电话，是不算在那5分钟里面的，每次打完电话花费飙升（好像全日本都是这样？）
2、找房子。我自己在suumo上联系日本中介找房子，在最热门的4月不停地找房。
网上看到的交通方便/面积大/便宜的，多数是不租给外国人的。suumo上咨询了房源，中介喊我去线下门店告诉我，这个房子不租给外国人，然后推荐其他房子给我。能租给无收入的外国人的房子，东京23区内就没有便宜的。
因为是热门的4月，中介带我去内见房子后，觉得不错想申请就发现前5分钟已经被申请掉了，只能痛失房源。图片看着不错的房子还有人居住是无法内见的，是好是坏只能开盲盒。后来没办法我去找了中国中介，能给我推的房子都是超预算，最少5千人民币/月。
后来我又找了个会中文的日本中介，因为急着入住，也内见到了一个表面不错的房子，就急匆匆的申请入住了，审核期2周。
【初期费用=1个月礼金（不退）+1个月押金（可能部分退）+1个月担保公司费用（不退）+本月房租及管理费+下个月房租及管理费+半个月中介费，还有每个月小几千元日元担保公司费用+24小时支援1000以上日元】
【退房时，还有35000日元清扫费+25000日元空调清扫费】这些都是写在合同里的，强制要给。这是我在来日本前不知道、大数据也没有推送给我、超出我的预料的事情。【顺便提一句，日本退房提灯定损】
本来还有23000日元换钥匙的费用，我跟中介说不换钥匙，申请成功了。
这找房一个月就是心累+钱包类，最后入住了18平米每月4700人民币的房子。
3、水电燃气费用。入住了之后，才知道什么是【オール電化】（全电化，无燃气）。房子里有个300L的巨大电器温水器（热水器），耗电怪物。自己打电话开通了水电。
【日本的水电费=基础费用+每月消耗费用】意味着你一点都不用，也会付最低的基础费用，这也是我来日本前不知道事情。
因为急着入住，日本中介让我开通东京gas的电。结果才知道房子有2个电表、要2个都开通。东京gas给我70安倍的合同（一般只需要30安倍就够了），每月基础费用2000+日元。【日本电力，开通的安倍数越高、基础费用越高】。
这两天想要申请降低安倍数，因为2个电表缘故，想降低安倍数就要更换电表还是什么（吃了不懂日语的亏），问了管理会社，可以更换、但是退房后要复原电表，2次施工费用需要我自己负担，目前还在纠结。
因为很多日语词我不懂，只能求助日语好的中国人帮忙翻译。
4、办理家里的宽带=天猫双11各种换算，头痛。
5、bic camera 里买洗衣机，最便宜的30000+，没有更便宜的了，这个价格放在国内能买到不错的了。
6、交通费贵，一站最低178日元起，已经习惯了2公里以内全靠腿走路。如果住的远，每个月交通费得1000人民币以上。
7、银行卡。单次7000+日元转账手续费。
刚来日本6个月以内只能办理邮局银行卡，法律规定居住不满6个月（在日本有收入的除外）不算日本住民，所以你在日本用日本的银行卡给日本的账户转账，算海外转账，单次手续费7000+日元。
8、因为没有日本收入、只能吃老本花人民币的情况下，蔬菜、水果、大米对我来说是贵的。
大米，在日本连锁的业务超市肉のハナマサ（量大、性价比高），最便宜的大米5KG价格3300日元（税前）。
蔬菜，除了豆芽菜，其他最便宜的100日元起步。水果，除了最便宜的香蕉外，便宜的基本500日元左右一份，贵的上不封顶。
每天呼吸都在花钱，特别焦虑。因为日语不好，到嘴就忍不住说英语，对学习日语没有任何帮助。

好的一面。
大部分日本人很有礼貌，但是狗眼看人低的也碰到了；地铁白天很安静、晚上各种酒鬼醉鬼吵吵闹闹酒气熏天。
地铁不需要安检、图书馆借书不需要押金，不需要证明自己是自己、以及自己是好人。
与国内比刺身的性价比很高、但价格也不便宜。
遇到了很多很好的人，以前在国内不太敢说的话，在这里和很多不同国籍的朋友分享很多。
也遇到了只有一面之缘、却让我0元购了很多物品的姐姐。

来日本前知道会花钱，但是没想到费用会这么高，超出了自己的想象。
普通人来日本前请慎重思考，自己的钱包能不能hold得住这些【在我看来完全没必要但必须得花的】钱，或许费用算下来，可能比欧洲国家贵。
