而我们的社交媒体又把执行这套防御策略的人们聚拢起来，大家一起集体玩梗。
当大家一起「寄了寄了」的时候，抑郁情绪反而被稀释了，这个现象在心理学中叫做「共同反刍（co-rumination）」[3]。
因而你完全可以把集体疯癫、自我贬低，当成一场我们面对高度不确定的未来时，不约而同开展的一场群体认知行为治疗。
但是这现象也有个bug，当自嘲成了普遍行为，真实情绪一定会被稀释。
这就像「狼来了」的故事，整天喊着「我裂开」的人，真到崩溃的时候，可能反而没人当真了。
总之，说穿了，当代人的乐观主义，就是在用抽象对抗意义危机，用自嘲缓解存在焦虑，把疯癫当成最后的清醒。
我们越是齐唱「我不行了」，反而能跌跌撞撞的走下去。
当所有人都戴着快乐面具起舞时，或许面具本身就成了新的真实。

For a lark, I'm going back and watching the 8-bit guy's videos on what became the Commander X16.
He begins with the W65C265SXB, a single board computer using the very same CPU Sentinel 65X uses, the W65C816S-compatible W65C265S. It's funny to me that he wound up with a plain old 65C02.
In a way, Sentinel 65X is closer to his original vision than what he actually ended up with.
