当地时间24日，加沙医疗救援主任穆罕默德·阿布·阿法什表示，三天内仅有92辆援助卡车进入加沙地带。他还表示，加沙的医疗保健、供水和食品供应状况非常艰难，目前没有任何食品或医疗援助物资抵达加沙北部。自3月2日以方全面禁止援助物资进入加沙后，以称于5月19日恢复了每天进入加沙的物资运输。以色列国防部下设的政府领土活动协调处宣布，23日有83辆卡车搭载着人道援助物资进入加沙地带，21日有100辆。但由于受运输路线并不安全等因素影响，援助物资很难到达加沙民众手中。
