If it is true and not only marketing, i think it is good and better than keep prisoners in jail.
The prison should be a place to pay for the bad things you have done.
But it should be also a place to make you change your future and be again integrated in this society.
If you learn some skills that way and some job's skills then it will also be useful for the "after" prison.
Punishing is only one step, change your future and avoid you to do the same mistakes is a better one.

I understand your point of view but i don't agree with it.
they are many way to "afford" fees even for shitty use.
The problem is not really to store extra data on the blockchain.
But is really to protect the real usage of the blockchain for money transactions.
And keep the fees "normal" for that.
You think fees are enough, i don't.
For me it will not be enough in the future.

If someone will give you a loan for 0% interest are you not going to buy an asset growing at 50%CAGR???
And you only take loans out for 20-30% of your stack so you can handle an 80% drawdown and not have to sell.
Makes sense to me
