The idea behind the health suite I am slowly building is to have an app bundle of microapps that help me keeping a healthy lifestyle.

I found Hundred Line's kinda-true route and while it's not as bloated as the first route it's still less satisfying than the side routes. It's such an uneven and weird game. The main story, I'm not even sure what the writers are really going for. In DR and Rain Code (maybe not DR:UDG but that game was retarded and you knew it was stupid as hell while playing it) Kodaka was trying to say something in the story. Uchikoshi doesn't do that he just writes retarded stupid nonsense while juggling a bunch of sci-fi bullshit. They've written a story that doesn't really go anywhere so they have a story that they can then make go ANYWHERE, and so the side routes that are really good are about interesting narrative ideas that have been pasted on this framework to give it some actual bite and the core story is just kinda tepid. It is such a weird product. I have no idea what to make of it because I can have play sessions where I had a great time, and then play sessions that are just dogshit wastes of time in equal measure. No expense was spared on this product; the writers' vanity was allowed free reign. Even the atrocious shitpost routes with stupid Sierra style bad ends to pad the "100 endings" with bullshit get unique CGs and voice work.
Also, to my great disappointment, literally the only reason it's a school is because of aesthetic reasons as chosen by the writers. Schools sell, so you fight ayy lmao scum in a school.
The combat is not good enough to match the length of the game, and while the game designers understood that and let you trivialize it or even skip it entirely after a point, I wish they had been a bit less convinced of its quality.
