Distilling the situation down to a monetary number, suggesting the actions of a few require some sort of reparations from the entire population, and then using that as justification to kick people out from the place they are from.
Starving a population is a war crime.
When the turn tables, which it will, the oppressors will cry victim and no one will care. In fact, people will say it is justified because of this kind of behavior and attitude to the situation. The primary destabilisation in the Middle East has come about through the interference of the West - America and Europe predominantly. Banker and cartel wars for maintaining power, and all the propaganda that comes with it, has rotted peoples minds and morals.
And to top it all off, he calls for funding more wars with the proceeds. He may was well be working directly for the banks and MIC.
