There's a superstition that if you say the F word (not fuck, F-A-E-R-Y), they will reduce your life by one year for each time that you say it because it's basically a slur to them.
I remember talking to someone at a rave who made a joke by saying somebody could commit suicide by saying it a bunch.
He then proceeded to say it a bunch.
Actually, thinking back to it, I think he died shortly after taking the COVID vax.
It took a few years but, all things considered, he did not live much longer after making this joke.
You can call it a coincidence, but I think it's kind of creepy...

1. Remove photos of face (self and family) from internet; replace with ghibli or illustration for professional use cases, like LinkedIn if needed.
2. Remove photos that reveal location of self and family from social media; migrate to private group chat and e2ee albums like with Ente.
3. Use DeleteMe and other services to remove personal info from the generally available public internet.
4. Get rid of #Bitcoin swag, stickers, art. Do the same with any political subculture, i.e. guns or pepe memes etc. Adopt wholesome aesthetic, like camping/outdoors or family/christian.
5. Use a nym online. Use in a secured profile on #GrapheneOS. Segregate online usage from KYC life.
6. Don't talk with neighbors about Bitcoin. Don't talk with family about Bitcoin. They need to do the work themselves. Never ever brag about money.
7. Come up with an honest story for why you are financially free: did well in career, am an investor (don't discuss investments).
8. Live in a small house, or rent. Avoid mansions. Avoid flashy dumb bullshit.
9. Become proficient in firearms and tend to the security of where you sleep. Manage transitionary spaces, parking lots, streets, entering/exiting buildings, with seriousness.

My workflow is all-in with the Visual Studio desktop IDE. I'm using the free Copilot w/GPT-4o and they just released some new stuff that's proactive in the editor. I just got the Pro version today.
I'm taking it slow towards wanting to instruct it to make sweeping changes across an entire codebase, and to be able to help organize the structure so that it's well-designed for maintenance in the future.
That's lofty, and I'm sure I'll be OK with whatever I get.

The biggest annoyance of “vibe coding” with ChatGPT is its incessant need to write an entire application every single time you ask it anything, when it becomes a mess of bugs and contradictions with even modest size.
Trying to get the damn thing to modularize each component and put them together coherently is something I have to explain over and over again. It just wants to write 1,000 lines of code every time even though it constantly fails at it 🤣
Anyone found the magic sauce LLM that actually already works this way and knows to keep things in small components by default?
