Actually its not free market capitalism, because a free market does not steal taxes from its participants to them give it to one particular participant. Its etatism. Or state interventionism. Furthermore a free market would not use a "money" that can be printed out of thin air by a central participant. This forces the egg producers to do everything to get more of that "money" (it is a currency for a reason) because the state printing money leads to loss in buying power.
As always: Etatism is not the problem. Taxes are theft.
