C’est vrai qu’on ne peut pas tout anticiper.
Tu peux assister à tous les cours de préparation, lire tous les livres, écouter tous les podcasts… Rien ne t’armera totalement pour ce que tu vas vivre.
Car devenir père, c’est une transformation. Une nouvelle naissance.
Celle du père que tu vas devenir.
Et tant que tu ne l’as pas vécu :
- tu oublieras une partie des infos entendues en amont,
- tu ne te sentiras pas forcément concerné,
- et tu intégreras moins bien ce qu’on t’explique. C’est normal.
Mais est-ce une raison pour ne rien faire ?
Absolument pas.
Si tu veux diminuer le risque d’un enfantement traumatique pour ta partenaire, d’un post-partum difficile pour elle comme pour toi, ton rôle est fondamental.
Et cela se prépare.
C’est pour ça que j’ai créé Gardiens de la Naissance.
